As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.
Additional Rental Information:
*Pool Heat fees: 3 nights $100, 4-7 nights $200. We need 48 hours notice to have the pool heated in time for your stay.
*Wild Dunes Sports Card has fees associated with it's amenities. The sports card only gives access to these amenities & does not include the fees Wild Dunes charges, but without the sports card, our guests would not have access to these amenities. - *25% Deposit required at time of reservation.
*Must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival date.
*No deposit will be refunded after 60 days prior to arrival.
*3 night minimum reservation required.
*Summer seasons are Saturday through Saturday only.

Parking: 5 in garage, 2 in driveway. This elevator goes to ALL floors of this home. Cable (8) : The living room has a wide Plasma screen TV also a cable TV in every bedroom. DVD (2), VCR (2), CD Player, Stereo System, Jetted Tub in Bath: This is in the Master Suite on the third floor. There is a separate shower in this bathroom also. Private Pool: This is a private HEATED swimming pool that goes from 3' - 5 1/2' deep. The pool area closes at 10pm. Pool heat fees: 3 nights = $100, 4-7 nights = $200. We need at least 48 hours notice to have the pool heated in time for your stay. Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. There is also an outdoor shower in the garage so you can rinse off on your way back from the beach.
