As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.
Additional Rental Information:
*Pool/Hot Tub Heat fees: The swimming Pool and Hot tub cannot both be heated during your stay. We can heat either one. Pool fees 3 nights $100, 4-7 nights $200. Hot Tub fees 3 nights $50, 4-7 nights $100. We need 48 hours notice to have the pool or hot tub heated in time for your stay.
