Late Summer Special- Any Available Week (Sat-to-Sat) - only $1,450/wk (or $1,700 with $95 cleaning and 12.5% FL tax) Shorter stays are also available (3-nt minimum). And, call us for Fall and Winter reservations!
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- * Rates do not include one-time $95 cleaning fee, 12.5% FL tax.
- * Important: Someone above 25 y.o. must be present in the unit during the whole duration of the rent
* $350 security/damage deposit is required (fully refundable)
* Weekly rentals: Check in Saturday 4:00 PM - Check out Saturday 10:00 AM
* Holiday weeks extra up to $200/week
* No smoking, No Pets or Animals of any species allowed on premises.
* Prices may vary without previous notice. Always call or email to confirm.
* Any fraudulent reservations will be immediately canceled without refund and guests evicted.
* Visa / Master / DinerClub Credit Cards Accepted (subject to 3% processing fee). - * To hold your reservation a $350 reservation deposit is required. This deposit becomes damage deposit upon arrival. It is fully refundable upon departure as long as there is no damage done to the property. The full balance is due 30 days before arrival.
