- There are three bathrooms in the house. The master suite has a private bathroom, with double sink, toilet, tub and shower. The two bedrooms upstairs have a shared bathroom, with toilet, shower and sink. There is also third bathroom on the main level with toilet, sink and shower. All bathrooms have very high end fixtures, mostly Duravit, imported form Europe. High quality towels, bath amenities provided.

Notes:
Our home is approximately 3000 square feet and consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main level houses a large entryway with oversized walk-in coat closet, modern kitchen with all amenities, glass dining room capturing the spectacular views, a living room, sitting room, home theater-equipped den, guest bathroom, laundry room and en suite master bedroom with king bed. The upstairs consists of two additional bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed and a bathroom. There is high speed Internet access and WI-FI in the house.
In addition to the interior living space, the house was designed to take advantage of its wonderful natural setting and sweeping vistas. All bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room have extensive use of windows that fully capture the panorama and bring the outside in. There are three glass doors that allow guests to access the decks, patio, fire pit and grounds. There is also a two car detached garage for guest use.
