Security Deposit is required. 50% due when booking. The balance and security due before check-in.
Deposits and payments are accepted by money orders and bank checks.
Willing to negotiate fees. Will offer realistic payment plans if 50% deposit and balance too much at once.
Cleaning fee of $50 to $120. Ask for specific rate when inquiring. - When time is booked, a contract and complete packet of information about the house, the area, what to bring, where to go, and booklets (If needed) are mailed to you. I also help you with your vacation plans if needed. When this is received, you fill out, sign and return contract with 50% deposit to reserve week on my website listings. An email confirmation is sent to you. Before check-in, the balance along with a security deposit is due. A cleaning fee of between $50 and $120 required. Best to ask for exact rate. An email is sent to you to remind you of this and also tell you of any changes/additions to the house or area. The security deposit is mailed back to you when you check-out and I see that the house is in the same condition as when you checked-in. Trash pick-up is only available mid-June to Labor Day. If your trash is not put out per instructions, a fee is charged to have a private company pick up your trash.
