The event fee includes tables, tablecloths, and chairs for up to 62 guests, extra firewood for the outside fireplace, extra dumpsters, extra parking, extra cleaning, extra refrigerator and freezer space, extra gas and propane for heaters and interior fireplace, and specific gate time programming for your event.

The master bedroom closet stores extra linens and 2 rollaway twin beds. A covered porch that overlooks the saguaro covered mountainside and the city is accessible via an exterior door from this bedroom also. The other downstairs bedroom: This is furnished with a beautiful King sized bedroom set and has access to a full sized bathroom. This bathroom can be made private to the bedroom or to the great room.

It is furnished with leather couches, a large round mesquite table and chairs that will seat 6-10, a built in bar and wine cooler, a gas fireplace, a guest bathroom, and a flat screen TV with an expanded satellite viewing package.
A three car garage will house your vehicles and two laundry areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) are available for your convenience.
Covered Parking, Separate game room with 18' shuffleboard, ping pong table, pool table, electronic dart board, bar, full bath, and front deck overlooking the entire Tucson Valley.
