Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Special: 3 or more months rental,receive 2 free rounds of golf monthly. Must be 25 years old to rent
• If you're renting for one week, the total rental rate, the cleaning fee, Rental Damage Protection fee and Cleaning fee are due at signing of contract. .
  
  If you are renting for more than one week, but less than one month, all rents for the scheduled rental period is to be paid in full, NO LESS than forty-five (45) days prior to your scheduled stay. If paying by check, cashiers check or money order, payment in full must be received NO LESS than forty-five (45) days prior to your scheduled rental stay. If you are renting for one month or more, the total of two months rent must be paid in full no less than two months (60) days, in advance of the first day of the scheduled stay. Monthly rentals must be paid 60 days in advance of each monthly rental period. If a check is returned for any reason, or a credit card is declined as payment, the terms of the rental agreement is subject to automatic cancellation. A fee of $100 will be accessed for each returned check.
• MONTHLY RENTALS-A 90-day written notice is required for cancellations (Emails are acceptable). Cancellations made more than 90-days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur no penalty.** Cancellations, or changes resulting in a shortened stay, made within 90-days of the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the full advance payment (50% of the full rental rate), and the refundable deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. **If you have contracted to rent the home for two months or more, any cancellation made more than 90-days prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee of the total rental rate. WEEKLY RENTALS–Cancellations must be made in writing (emails acceptable), 45-days or more, prior to the first day of the scheduled rental period. A 10% Cancellation fee, or $100, whichever is greater, will be retained. If reservation is cancelled 45-days or less, one weeks rental rate will be retained.
