If you need a smaller house, I have another, 3 bdrm, 2 ba, available in the same neighborhood about a mile apart.
See AD #256714 or if you're a large group like 35+ I would recomend renting both out houses. That gives you 9 bdrms, 6 baths & 3 fm rm's. - HOUSE: is 6 bedrooms/4 baths, 2 fm rm's, (sleeps 20 in beds) or 4 bdrms/3 baths, 1 fm rm. (sleeps 14 in beds) BEDROOMS: For the 6 bdrm's there are 2 master suites with Queen sized beds in each (one master has a 'sleep number' mattress so you can adjust the firmness to suit you). The other 2 bedrooms have queen over queen custom bunkbeds to accommodate up to 4 adults per room. There is also the loft area which has a comfortable 'full size' futon that can accommodate 2 more adults. If you don't want the 6 bdrms then rent it as a 4 bdrm with only one fm rm.
