The house is ideal for 2 or 3 couples plus kids. We do not permit couch sleeping, nor do we offer temporary bedding other than a Pack'n'Play portable crib.
Damage deposit of $1,000 required for all rentals regardless of duration.
We accept payment exclusively via PayPal. - Guns, bows or other weapons not permitted on the property, whether in vehicles or otherwise on the property.
Smoking not permitted anywhere on the property, whether in vehicles or otherwise on the property.
Pets not permitted on the property, whether inside or out, without exemption in writing.
If you want to entertain, have a party, invite people from other rental homes, hold family reunion, fundraiser, or similar, the house does that well, but the above rates do not apply, so please consult with Homeowner.
No price quote or reservation is guaranteed until we have a signed Rental Agreement and Rent Deposit of 25% of the rental fee + taxes. The balance of the rental fee plus the damage deposit is due prior to check-in. Please request the Rental Agreement for details and current terms. All payments and deposit refunds processed using Paypal Merchant Services. Our payment policies are superior to those published by the 4 rental agencies in Canaan Valley.
