We normally only rent for a minimum of two weeks on high seasons , however we would except booking for a single week with an extra charge of 150 euros.
Changeover day Saturday : Arrival at 16.00 hrs. ; Departure at 10.00 hrs. - 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking ( balance on arrival , cash ) . A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 euros is required. Deposit are refundable of 50% if period canceled is re-rented. Owner accept payment by direct bank deposit or cash.
