Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates for the peak season, 2012 are $2,800. per week. In addition to the weekly rate, there are two additional fees: a $200 cleaning fee and a $350 security deposit. The security deposit is returned within 10 days if terms of the lease are met.
Off- peak season rates range from $900. - $2,799. per week, dependent on the dates requested. Call for specific rates.
