- A 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold reservation. The balance of the deposit and cleaning fee is due 14-days prior to arrival. The 1-time cleaning fee is $75. Payment by credit card (preferably via Pay Pal). A Pay Pal account is not required. Fees stated are in U.S. dollars.
