Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holiday Rates - $585.00 for 3 nights (minimum) (New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day).
$875.00 - $980.00 per week
2 night minimum stay
$75.00 cleaning fee

$300.00 security deposit (returned upon inspection), 6% Michigan Sales Tax
Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age. No smoking indoors.
