- $750 booking deposit is required to reserve our home within 7 days of receipt of lease. Booking deposit will convert to a security deposit, and is refunded within 30 days of the end of your vacation. 50% of rent and 11% tax is required 60 days prior to beginning of your vacation and final 50% of rent and 11% tax is required 14 days prior to beginning of your vacation. Credit cards are welcome.

Ferry Service NOT included in price - Short stays of 3 nights or more are welcome - please inquire for availability.
