- Prices shown are for the whole villa for 7 nights and for 8 persons maximum, including children. The price of the service includes the basic service as described. If special or extra services are needed, the request must be made during reservation process. A deposit of 30 % is required to confirm the reservation. The balance payment is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. Security deposit of 1000 € ( check in euros, cash or travelers check) will be demanded at arrival and returned to the renter on the departure date if no damage is done in the house.
We can not accept the credit cards. The deposit and balance payment should be paid by bank transfer. The additional services should be paid locally.

The house needs to be return minimum clean. Maid service available at additional local cost. - Changeover day: Saturday

- There is air-conditioning and heating in the whole house. Each bedroom has custom made furniture in genuine woods, king-size beds with high quality mattresses and bedclothes, large dressings with shelves and hangers. The master bedroom on the second floor is open to the terrace and the sea by its 4 m long sliding door. It has open bathroom with walk- in shower, toilet and a bathtub with the view on the sea. Two other bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom with toilet and large walk-in shower. There is a separated toilet on the first floor. All bathrooms are completely covered with Italian tiles and equipped with hair dyers.

Notes:
On the 1st floor there is a utility room with washing machine, iron and a second refrigerator. The terrace is equipped with teak table and 8 chairs. Deckchairs, garden and beach chairs are supplied. There is a shower in the garden for your return from the beach. The jetty is equipped with stainless steel ladder for easy access to the sea. It is large enough to put the beach chairs and beach umbrella which are supplied. There is a mooring for the boat (yachts) at the seabed of 5 m. In the garden there is a large stone barbecue for preparation of seafood and meat that you find at open market in Split and Trogir. Even that you find everything you need in Slatine, you should visit these markets because of its special colorful and loudy ambiance and products of exceptional quality that you do not find in big supermarkets. Split fish market is the only fish market in the world without flies thanks to the fact that it was built above a sulfur spring close to the town's thermal baths.
