Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Beautiful Aventura Yacht Club Condo
- 50% deposit required upon booking. 50% is due 21 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations must be in writing. In case of no-show you lose your payment.
Accepted payment: American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, MoneyBookers, bank remittance.
Booking is secured once the deposit is received.
Special rates may apply at special events and holidays.
Rates are subject to change without notice. - Cleaning service upon request and against payment.
At check in, a $400.00 credit card pre authorization is required as a security deposit. The imprint will be destroyed within 2 weeks of your departure provided there are no damages, items missing, or extra cleaning required. If the apartment is left in unreasonable condition, the card holder will be charged for extra cleaning. The apartment owner retains the right to adjust the security deposit amount at his sole discretion. A fee of $50 will be charged for any removed or replaced towel. The things in the apartment are for your use, please do not remove them from the apartment.

- A large apartment with split floor plan, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, each with bathroom, a convertible sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. Bedrooms with carpet flooring. New carpets, new Cindy Crawford convertible sofa. Liquid soap, liquid shampoo and liquid conditioner in dispensers are provided. Baby cot and a high chair provided on request. A handy office table is provided. We are making additional improvements to this apartment right now to make it an even better place to stay! We are upgrading the bathroom, purchasing some new pieces of furniture and introducing many small things to make your stay unforgettable!!
