Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum age limit for renters (25).
- 3 day min. stay on holidays. Weeks are 6 nights, check out on the 7th day
- Deposit ($300 refundable, security deposit) due @ booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: 30 days prior-Return 50% of rent, no refund after 30 days. 10% tourist taxes, $100 cleaning fee, $20 hot tub are additional.
