A refundable $250 security deposit is to be included in all rental rates. Cleaning fee is included for stays exceeding four nights.
Check in 4 pm -check out 10Am, possible flexibility please inquire.
50% required at reservation, remaining balance pad in full 15 days prior. Security deposit refunded (less cleaning fee if applicable) with in 2 weeks after stay completed.
Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.
