Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- OFF SEASON $225.00 MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS
- Rental Rates are quoted when we discuss the amount of people that will be staying at our house and the time of year. Off season rates are from Sept. 30 through May 1.Off Season minimum of 3 nights--- Seasonal rates: $350 per night with 6night minimum, $325/night for 7 nights for up to 8 people. For groups with more than 8 people call for rates. Call for Holiday rates. Security deposit of $400 is required and will be returned within 10 days after inspection. P.S. we pride ourselves on offering our house and feel that we want people to have a great vacation. We only ask them to leave it like they found it. The number one response from our guests is that we didn't forget anything .BEST FISHING MONTHS APRIL AND MAY OFF SEASON RATES MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS
