Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please add 7% on total of base price for Maine state tax.
- Check-in time: No earlier than 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival (Saturday). Check-out time: By noon on day of departure (no later than Saturday). We only rent on a weekly basis (no partial weeks).
- $200 reservation deposit is required (refundable with extenuating circumstances). Remaining rental fee is required one month prior to rental date.

- The master bedroom is a new addition as of 2008. The twin bedroom has new beds and bedding as of 2009. The library can be converted to a makeshift bedroom with a new futon that sleeps two. The cottage sleeps six comfortably, then you can sleep two more on the library futon if necessary.
