Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental Rates are for 2-5 people and can be negotiated for longer term rentals.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Balance is required 30 days prior to reservation date.
When there are less than 30 days from reservation confirmation to occupancy, payment in full is required.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 30 days in advance will be refunded minus a 15% administration fee. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance receive no refund. - We will accept deposit amount and balance payment via PayPal with 4% PayPal Fee, Cashier's Check, or Direct Wire Transfer, for your convenience.
