- An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required
to secure your booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the unit
rental. I use Paypal and will send you an email invoice when a booking is requested. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
- Cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival will qualify for a full refund of deposit paid.
- Cancellation 31-60 days prior to arrival will qualify for a 50% refund of deposit paid.
No refunds of any kind 30 days piror to arrival.
- $400.00 security deposit must be paid at time of final payment. (Paid at Landlord's discretion).
Any damages or theft that may occur to the property by guest or members of their party will be charged to the security deposit The security deposit is refundable within 3 days of depature provided there is no damage to the unit or its contents.
