- 35% deposit is due for securing the time. The balance is due before you check in. We will only rent to people who have purchased the property damage policy through CSA (can purchase through this website). This is a cost of $49 that covers up to $1500 if an accident happens during your stay. You are expected to bring your own linens for the beds.
A $75 Cleaning fee is mandatory, If an animal is approved to stay with a party, there is an additional $25 fee but the renter is still responsible for picking up any things left by the animal outside.
We do have enough Bathroom towels and beach towels. You are responsible to wash all Towels and clean and put away all dishes.
