- These rates include initial cleaning and fresh linens and towels at the time of rental. For long term rentals there will be $60 charge for cleaning service per week of stay. The renter and house keeper will arrange day and time that is convenient for this service.
We require a $250* USD damage deposit. This damage deposit is refundable 3 days after departure reasonable
condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival and to return keys upon departure.
To confirm reservation 50% of the rental must be provided. This is non-refundable. Then final payment plus the damage deposit is required 12 weeks prior to rental. - Rental is payable in US dollars or in Euros. We accept bank checks or PayPal. Please contact owner for updated rates in Euro currency.
