One has 2 queen beds and a brand new LCD HDTV with cable. The other has one queen bed and plenty of room for a crib if needed. It also has a brand new LCD HDTV with cable.Table and chairs in the adjoining area for quiet time, reading or playing games with doors leading to the balconies for amazing views.

Notes:
Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and glass top stove and dishwasher. There is a separate in house laundry room with new (2012) washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Kitchen has all brand new utensils,crockpot, pots and pans, glasses and dishes, enough to serve 12 people. The house has been recently updated with new paint and tile, and has just been landscaped with beautiful palms and flowers. French doors lead from the dining area to the huge 2400 sq ft lanai which contains a brand new large tiled table which seats 8 but can easily accommodate 10. There is a commercial grade propane grill .There are lounge chairs and more for comfort around the pool. Pool has solar heat as well as electric heat pump for additional heating if needed. Pool is serviced on a weekly basis as is the lawn. House is non smoking, but smoking is allowed in the lanai with ash trays provided.
