Belleayre Mountain House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum 3 night stary. Holiday nights $400, weekend nights $300, $250 weekdays
- Monthly/seasonal rentals: Local phone, satellite tv/radio/internet and firewood. Plowing is provided with an allowance of up to $200 monthly. renter to pay any surcharge. Oil/gas/utility credit of up to $350 monthly. Cleaning fee of $140 is additional. Above 8 people cleaning fee is $160. Above 8 people incremental fee of $30 per person/per night only with pre-approval.
Security: $300 weekend; $500 weekly; $1000 monthly
Extra security and fee may apply to pets. - 3 night minimum. Holiday weekend rates $450 -550 per night..
