- Rates are for the four-bedroom, two-bath main beach house. The optional two-bedroom oceanfront apartment can be included for an additional charge. Please call for rates on just the two-bedroom apartment alone or go to www.vrbo.com/120132.
$200 due upon booking; remainder of a 50% advance deposit due within 30 days of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Summer weekly rates are from Saturday to Saturday. July 4th weekly rate is $3900 for the main beach house and $5500 for the 'combined property.'
Cancellations subject to a 20% re-booking charge. Any refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date are at the sole discretion of the owner. No refunds due to unforseen events such as missed flights, illness, or inclemental weather. Vacation Rental Insurance is available and is recommended.
