Service and specific features of house Kerstin: We offer our guests thefollowing services, as per agreement: daily transfer to more distant beaches, tours of the island with food, mountain walks in the rain forest, barbecues by the pool or on the beach, guided shopping trip to Porlamar, bicycle rental, cosmetic and massage treatments at home, detoxification and cleansing courses with aloe vera from our own garden.
Cost advantages of the island of Margarita: Following the devaluation of the Bolivar, holidays in Margarita are not expensive. Here are some examples of current prices: A Caribbean long drink at the beach bar costs 1.50 Euro, a beer costs .30 Euro; 2 litres Coca Cola, 0.70 Euro; alcoholic drinks, such as a bottle of good rum, whisky or wine, 2.00 Euro; 4 baker’s rolls, 0.40 Euro; a good meal in a restaurant, 3.00-6.00 Euro; packet of cigarettes, 7.00 Euro; car hire, 20.00-25.00 Euro; and, finally, a litre of petrol costs three cents.
