Madison House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $118-$399 per night
- Nightly rates are based on the maximum number of bedrooms used on any night of your stay So if you use 4 bedrooms for 2 nights and 1 bedroom for 3 nights, your nightly rate is the 4 bedroom rate.
We have a 2 night minimum year round. On holiday weekends as well as the Ironman weekend, there is a 3 night minimum.
One room with up to 3 people is $139.
Two rooms with up to 5 people is $199.
Three rooms with up to 7 people is $249.
Four rooms is $299 for up to 9 people.
For each additional person over 9 add $25 per person per night. Maximum 13 people.
We only rent to one party at a time, even if they reserve just one bedroom for the $139 rate. To fully confirm the reservation a deposit of the first night's stay is required. - Extended stay discount of $15% off for 4 consecutive weekday nights Sunday through Thursday. Add the weekend at the same reduced rate. To fully confirm an extended stay reservation a deposit of 50% of the total is required. this discount is not available on holiday weekends.

- The master bedroom is located on the first floor. This light and airy bedroom has a private bath with Jacuzzi, walk in closet, and a king size bed. The second floor of the farmhouse is well suited for families with children. It includes 3 bedrooms described below and a shared bath with tub and shower. The Cone Flower Room has a queen size bed. The Compass Plant Room has 3 twin beds and a twin trundle. The Blue Stem Room has 2 twin beds as well as an extra twin mattress that can be pulled out. These 3 rooms are part of the original 1845 house and have the old fir plank floors and exposed, hand hewn timbers.
