We have 8 free tennis and swimming passes during season and a NEW Hot tub in Oct. 2011. The passes are worth over $200.00/day if used compared to paying by public.

Many of our guests tell us our house is one of the nicest in Sunriver and come back year after year. Our rates are very competitive ! No added 'fees' -- as some do charge extras.
NOTE : A new Aquatic Center for Sunriver will open Memorial weekend ---over $18 million dollar facility. The heated outdoor pools w/slides close Labor Day ..Indoor pool open all year.( heated). The 8 FREE passes we furnish allow unlimited use of the pools, Tennis in season ( reserve your own court times ahead ), Sledding hill all year, dock your boat at the marina.
