Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental rates include tax and cleaning. There is a security deposit of $300.
- The security deposit is refunded in full if the house is left with no serious damage. The occasional broken glass or spill is expected. The cleaning fee which we pay is normally $125-$150 depending on the amount of people staying at the house. If the cleaning fee exceeds this because the house is left in an extra dirty state, for example; dirty dishes in several rooms, trash every where, broken glasses or dishes left, excessive dirt on the carpet and floors etc., then we will have to deduct the extra amount needed to correct this problem from your security deposit.
- We prefer to rent the house for the full week only in the peak season, but if it's a last minute rental and the dates haven't been taken we can offer a nightly, discounted rate. To reserve the house we require a deposit of half the total rate. The balance plus a $300 security deposit is due 30 days before your stay.
If a cancellation is required the guest will receive a full refund if the house can be re-rented for the same dates and fee. If the house can not be re-rented the guest will forfeit their deposit.
