Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are $600 to $1000 per week, $1,800 to $3,100 per month.
- Owners prefer to rent Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4:00 PM, check out time is 10:00 AM.
Monthly rentals are 4 weeks, not a calendar month. Flexible check in/out days may be possible if available.
