Key West Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We will wave the $110 cleaning fee for five nights and longer stays.
- There is a $50 condominium fee per booking.
Off season bookings require a 1 night deposit at time of booking with a 14 day cancellation policy and a $50 cancellation fee.
Peak season bookings require a 3 night minimum stay and 2 nights deposit at time of booking and include a 30 day cancellation policy with a $100 cancellation fee if booking is canceled at any time after booking is made. Rates may vary for special events and Holidays!
