Tims Ford Lake Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- VISA, Mastercard, Discovery & debit cards accepted. Call for rates for longer or corporate stays.
- Reservation Procedure: A $150 reservation/security deposit reserves your date. The deposit will be refunded after your stay within 5 days of check-out provided there are no damages. The full rental amount is due 30 days prior to stay, payable by check or credit card. Please, no smoking or pets – violation will result in loss of deposit.
* Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. Central Time
* Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Central Time
Earlier check-in or later check-out times are sometimes available depending on whether other guests are checking in before or after your stay, please call. - Cancellation Policy: Prior to 6 months, the deposit is fully refundable. If cancellation occurs between 6 months and 30 days prior to stay, the deposit is not refundable but can be applied to another available date.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of stay, because it is almost impossible to rerent on short notice, the deposit will be refunded but the rental amount is not refundable. However, we will be happy to apply the full rental amount to any other available dates for a future stay.

The bedroom also has a small walk in closet and small TV/DVD player. The second room has a smalll universal gym and a little HD TV and DVD player. It also has a queen bed, a closet, and the washer and dryer are off of this room. This room does not have a lake view.
