- Master is a very large suite with desk and sitting area. Upper level queen (bedroom 2) also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Lower level queen ( bedroom 3) also has a trundle be in it, (double size bed) bedroom 3 is the smallest of the bedrooms. The loft can serve as bedroom #4, it has 2 trundle beds and a sleeper sofa, and still alot of room to serve as the TV or game area next to the beds, a perfect place for the kids orcan serve as a second living/TV room. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom is large, with a king bed, TV, door leading to the hot tub and a fabulous en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk in closet and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom is a smaller room with a daybed and trundle. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer on the main level. Upstairs is a large loft with a sitting area, flat screen TV and DVD player.
