Sunriver House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 7% Room tax (#620) + 1% Oregon tax
- $500 security deposit in addition to rent.
Property not put on calendar until deposit received-Consider using Paypal for deposit to guarantee your place.
All monies due 60 days prior to arrival date.
$200 pet deposit (partially refundable-cleaners charge $50-$75 for extra cleaning).
Balance of deposits refunded 3-4 weeks after departure.
5% Discount when rent paid in full within 10 days of booking, (must be at least 60 days in advance.)
$100 relisting fee when canceled 90 or more days from arrival date. Refunds after payments are made are refunded only after I re-rent the unit and I may have to discount rate for last minute visitors. Do not expect a refund, but I will give you one If I can. - LAST MINUTE SPECIALS- email for rates. All rent and $500 deposit due immediately to reserve .

There is an 80 gallon water heater so everyone can bathe at the same time.

The bunk room has a twin over full bunk with a small couch and a trundle bed underneath. The back bedroom has a queen and is quiet and away from the noise of the rest of the house.
