Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There is an additional $150. fee per stay for cleaning and linen service.
- Holiday dates: Columbus Day Weekend, Oct. 5,6,7,8; Thanksgiving Nov 21,22,23,24,25; Christmas 12/24-1/3/2012 not available; MLK Jan 18,19,20,21 wkend; Washington's Birthday Feb 15,16,17,18; Apr 15-24- Holiday rates: weekly = $2000., weekend = $900., weekend per night = $500., mid-week per/night = $475., extra night = $475. All stays require a 2 night minimum; a 50% deposit when making reservation; balance paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy. $500. security deposit is required.
- Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Early Check-in or Late Check-out subject to availability

- This four year young new log home is very immaculate and exciting! The first floor features a master suite with private bath. the largest of the three bedrooms. The second level has two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a fantastic loft (looking right out to the mountain!) This loft has a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed and is extremely comfortable as well. Many families have also used the Great Room sofas as well as fun sleeping bags for the little ones - definitely sleeps 8 comfortably.
