- Sunday to Sunday rental. Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 10:00am.
- To secure the reservation: 50% rent pre-payment is due within 7 (seven) days of the guest's reservation request. The 50% rent pre-payment holds the reservation until close of business on the Friday preceding 60 days before check in. Cancellation: After a reservation is made, the reservation funds are non-refundable. If the owner re-books the home then the reservation funds may be refunded.
Final payment: The rental balance, including sales tax (12.5%), security deposit(s), cleaning fee, and remaining rent is due to the owner in full, no later than close of business on the Friday preceding 60 days before check in. For example: For a July 12th check in, the final rental balance is due to the owner no later than the close of business on June 11th. Time is of the essence. Cancellations can be hard to re-book as the check in date approaches. Owner reserves the right to cancel reservations without a refund if full payment is not received on time.
Cleaning fee includes linen service. - How to compute rental cost: Add the Base rental rate (above) + $285 Cleaning & Linen Service + 12.5% tax.
(2.2% Credit Card Processing Fee will apply. Avoid the 2.2% fee by submitting an Check payment for only $5 service charge).

Security Deposit Note: The deposit is fully refundable, but due the administrative time involved to track and communicate security deposit deductions, secure replacement parts, drive to and from the hardware store, etc.,the charge to the security deposit for ANY repairs or additional cleaning required will be a MINIMUM of $100. This also applies to cigarette butts left around the outside of the home.
