Jay Peak Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security Depost $450
- The condo has a lock out that can be rented as a 2BR/2BA unit. Please contact the owner for the details. The 2 BR unit sleeps 6. It has a kitchen, dining area, master bedroom with a king bed, and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sleep sofa in the living room.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 2 weeks prior to arrival. No refunds will be given after the due date
A security deposit of $450 is required at the time of payment. The deposit will be mailed back to the renter upon inspection of the unit.
There are no pets allowed in the unit.
