- Rental Rates: 2-3 Nts . $225/night; 4-5 Nts . $210/night; 6-7 Nts . $195/night
- Two night minimum.
HOLIDAYS - $250.00 per night - 3-night minimum: MLK, President's Week (Feb 16-23, 2013),
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Thanksgiving and
5-night minimum: Christmas & New Years.
An additional fee of $130.00 will be charged for cleaning.
Refundable $500.00 security deposit
