Security Deposit: $300 ~ $500 Refundable if there is no damage or misplacement of properties.

-1st Payment – Amount equal to the Security Deposit Due upon signing Vacation Rental Agreement in order to book the dates.
-Full Payment – Due 90 days in advance for summer Peak rental or Due 60 days in advance for Off-Peak rental prior to the arrival date.
-Payment Method – Check or PayPal, or Online Payment with Credit Card.
CANCELLATION Policy:
$25 Reservation Fee will be charged for all cancellation.
No refund for any cancellation made
less than 60 days prior to the arrival date in Summer Peak rental.
less than 30 days prior to the arrival date in Off-Peak renta.
-We will make every effort to re-rent the time spot you reserved, and if it can be re-rented, you
may have the money refunded less 10% Cancellation Processing Fee (minimum $25) in addition to the $25 Reservation Fee.
-All cancellations must be submitted in writing and the cancellation must be acknowledged to be effective.
