Newport Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- No weekends only for July & August, $500 security charge plus $100 towards cleaning.
- We also offer winter weekend or 6-9 month pricing Sept to June.
- Rates for June is $700 for weekend 3rd day is $150. and $1,750 per week
Rates for October is $650 per weekend, $1,650 per week,
Rates for November on would be $600 per weekend and $1,550 per week.

- There are two full sized bedrooms - each with newer queen beds and bedding included. Master has two double closets, a/c and room for a cot. 2nd bedroom has a/c and a futon cot. On the Main level there is another room - no doors but could be curtain rods with a desk and a new pullout sofa bed to sleep two (full bath is next to it) The rates are for 4 people. Add'l charge for each add'l person of $50 per day per person.
