This property rents from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season with a 7 night minimum stay. Please do not inquire for more than the posted maximum number of people for which this property is advertised (7). The maximum number of people allowed includes children, imaginary friends, and adults.
No smoking is permitted inside the house.
Prices include free telephone calls within the continental US, cable TV, wireless internet, and all utilities. Please write for availability.

Rental period is Saturday 3pm - Saturday 10am. No early check ins or late check ins, please. - Although we have plenty of room, we strictly limit the number of guests to no more than 7, for the duration of the contract, including daytime or overnight guests, etc.. This helps us protect the fragile environment of coastal Maine and our private well (we are on the granite ledges of Miane's beautiful and rugged coastline). We also limit the number of guests because we want you to enjoy your vacation and be able to rest, far away from the maddening crowds. Finally, we consider this our own second home, and we love our neighbours Jean and Dan!

We only chose 100% cotton linens, all beds have down comforters and pillows, and all beds have extra blankets and/or comforters. Although we could sleep more, we carefully limit the number of guests to 7, in order to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for our guests as well as our neighbours. Our hope is that you leave so refreshed, that you and your family or friends, will want to return year after year to our special and private oceanfront retreat.
