Bandon House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of ½ of the total rental charges. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival, along with a refundable security deposit of $200 which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations from 14 to 30 days will receive ½ of booking. Cancellations within 2 weeks receive no refund. During off-peak seasons, a full refund will be granted 21 days in advance. - Ask about golf add-ons for Bandon Crossings Golf Course

- Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. Master has a nice view, but the west 'View Bedroom' has a killer view! The double queen bedroom is on the main floor. The Captain's Quarters is a different and fun experience. There is also a small foldout bed in the reading nook off the dining room, and a twin mattress is stored in the master closet. Bedding is available for the extra beds.
