Pressure (40 psi) water system throughout, with ample hot water (instead of gravity-fed trickle normal in Mexico); Water softener and our own well and source of water (better than the town's system)

- We have extra Single Bed and Double Bed Mattress plus 2 hammock hooks in the Master, 1 in the 2nd Bedroom, suitable to 'Mexican Bunk Bed' sleeping, or simply reading and relaxing. We can set up the house to suit your family/needs. All hotel quality bedding, variety of pillows from soft feather/down to synthetic and foam. Though rarely required, blankets are also available. Desks, 3 drawer chest of drawers, shelves, ample hanging space (& hangers) are present. A safe is anchored in the shelving area for guest use.
