Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- If the property is not rented we will consider reduced rental rates...please call for a quote.
- The rates listed above is for 4 adults....each additional person (age 12 and up) will be $ 25.00 per night per person.......there is no extra charge for children under 12 years old . Pets may require a deposit of $ 150.00(which is refundable if no accidents) WE CAN OFFER HONEYMOONERS SPECIAL RATES...THERE IS A 3 DAY MINIMUN STAY PERIOD FOR ALL RENTALS....2 DAY RENTALS UPON REQUEST AT A HIGHER RATE......PLEASE NOTE: OUR CLEANING STAFF CANNOT BE OMITTED SHOULD THE RENTOR DECIDE TO CLEAN THE HOUSE THEMSELVES. THIS PROVIDES A STANDARD LEVEL OF CLEANLINESS AND A CONSISTENCY FOR ALL PARTIES CONCERNED. THE HOUSE WILL ALWAYS BE CLEANED TO VERY HIGH STANDARDS. GUEST WHO ABUSE OR 'TRASH' THE RETREAT WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE BASED ON THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE PROPERTY. Our rental agreement will be provided upon your initial reservation....all guests (even those visiting for overnight stays) must be listed on the rental agreement. Smoking is not allowed inside the house at all...smokers have large walk around access to porches and rocking chairs outside the house...the kitchen sink area has a very hot water dispenser for tea and hot chocolate...while no traditional swimming pool...the estate has a very large fishing and swimming pond....crystal clear water from Hall Creek running through the property.
