The balance and security deposit are due at check-in. Reservation deposits are fully refundable up to 60 days before check in. They will still be fully refunded if the dates are rebooked and considered on an individual basis if not. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required on all stays. It will be returned to you within three days of check out, assuming that everything is in order.
