Rental rate includes all community amenities access, cable TV, electricity, gas and water with a cap of ($300 - $450 per month) depending on occupancy. Any additional charges will be paid by the owner and deducted from the security deposit.
The tax rate may be applied, depending on the length of stay, based on city regulations.
There is an application fee of $50 for lease more than 3 months. - Reservation Deposit: A deposit in the amount of $500.00 USD is required and will be collected by the owner at the time of reservation, and the remaining balance is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. The reservation deposit will be applied towards the total balance due. Please make this payment by cashier's check or Paypal in U.S. to the property owner.
Cancellation Fee: In the event of cancellation, the rental fee (minus reservation deposit) is refundable if written notice is received 30 or more days before scheduled arrival date.
Security Deposit: Upon execution of short term lease agreement and prior to occupancy, a deposit in the amount of $1000.00 and the full rental rate including applicable taxes must be paid by cashier's check. Deposit will be reimbursed upon inspection of property after departure date if no damage or theft has occurred to the property and if you have left the unit and contents in the same condition as they were prior to your arrival
