Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Longer term rentals welcomed - negotiable. Snow Birds Welcome. $500 security deposit due 5 days after booking reservation. Agreed rental fee due 10 days prior to reservation date. Guest passes provided to access pool and work-out facility. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to booking date will forfeit deposit. Security deposit to be returned within 7 days if no damage occurred during stay.
