Minimum age to rent is 25. NO HOUSE PARTIES. This is a family-oriented home in a family-oriented beach. - We personally own this home but we do use a local property management company to handle reservations and take care of you during your stay. They will collect a reservation fee and applicable taxes. Linen rental and optional travel insurance available through them.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

- The bedrooms are very spacious - plenty of room to spread out and still be able to open your closet doors - plus each room has a large dresser for your use. Each bedroom has its own new flat-panel cable TV. Linens (sheets & towels) are not provided but can be rented. We do provide mattress pads, pillows, blankets & comforters. All new mattresses for the 2011 rental season! Bedroom Summary: Main Level (2 bedrooms): 1Q and 1Q, each opens onto one of the covered front porches and shares a full bath; plus Queen Aerobed in lieu of a sleeper sofa. Upper Level (3 bedrooms): Master bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, shower and Jacuzzi tub, opens onto private covered front porch; Master bedroom 2 also has a king-sized bed, full bath and opens onto a private covered porch overlooking the pool; 3rd bedroom has 2Q and its own full bath. A laundry area on the upper level has a full-size washer and dryer
